Urbain 40 is an American Brasserie and Lounge serving chef-crafted cuisine inspired by American and continental classics. This 1940s neighborhood eatery offers imaginative staples for lunch, dinner and late-night. Our modern rendition of this unique period features a simple and elegant atmosphere, reminiscent of the big band era, where you can enjoy a wide selection of delectable cuisine and Big City Cocktails.

Our Style

The chef says, “The plat du jour for Monday is Prince Edward Blue Mussels from the chilly Canadian waters,” as he sweats the mussels in a savory lemon-butter white wine sauce and recommends extra broiled bread for dipping. Flavors from the kitchen come alive at our chef’s table for a private dining experience, where the flair and pampering you’re accustomed to is combined  with our showmanship and stylized, traditional dining. Our more private gathering areas are discreetly linked to the main dining rooms, allowing seclusion and visibility at the same time.
